i am satisfied with this product. it arrived rather timely and I like that the tea bags have the string with a tab that allows you to soak it in water and remove the bag from the cup. I have experienced situations where that is not always the case with tea bags from foreign countries. i used it with honey and it was enjoyable. I felt it sort of cleaned out my stomach if that makes any sense. I do recommend it.

I bought this tea for inflammation --on Google it did not mention anything about sleep aid-- of course we all know it depends on your body--for my body after dinner to keep my blood sugar from spike--of course I am not a diabetic--it never hurts to control your sugar to keep your immune system in check--I drink a cup of soursop tea and then I wind down and take my bath and then I turn on my recordings to watch my shows--well for 3 night in a row I am falling a sleep--and when I wake up at 6 my shows are gone off and a blank screen is on--that has never happen before so I am thinking it is the tea that is helping me to sleep and the taste is not bitter but for my morning tea I add a half teaspoon of honey so with the soursop I add the same and it is terrific--so if anyone wants to try it you might not need the honey so enjoy because I love it
