Lots of Types of Magnesium
I appreciated the many types of magnesium. The taste was a little strong, but I watered it down and sometimes mixed it with sparkling water and ice to make it like a treat drink.

This is exactly what I needed. Works as recommended and the taste is good. Can be a little chalky but if you mix it well is tolerable. Would recommend.

I think it’s a high quality product with a lot of effort put into it. Could be a little more economically priced, there is some room for improvement there. But otherwise that’s it, I buy it whenever I need it

This was a miracle for my sleep! I can fall right back to sleep if I wake up in the night to use the restroom.

Magnesium powder and drink were good but after being opened for a month or 2 it grew mold

Great magnesium complex!
I can definitely tell when I've skipped using it. My heart palpitations is usually a sign for me that I haven't been taking it. The flavor is really good. This is my second purchase and I'll be making a 3rd one soon.
