The right damper at the right price.
Damper was delivered in perfect condition. It replaced the original 7 year old one, for sticking. Installed and working normally.

Good quality and easy to install. Very durable

Still some leakage and whistling
Would have gotten 5 stars if it didn't produce whistling. It's not a complete perfect seal which it should be for the price point. It did do the job and is better than the old one which I could never tell if it was open or not.

Damper housing metal is thick gauge,.. looks like it’s been cut from spiral duct… very firm strong… Damper itself ( normally open ) closes on a thick firm rubber stop which makes for an , almost air tight seal and of course quieter operationally…

Easy install, works perfectly
Just a DIY guy here. My home has 3 older dampers. The first floor damper stopped opening. I replaced it with the Honeywell. Very easy install. Only need tape and mastic for the joints. The wiring was easy to install. Youtube has a few good videos for this product install.
