Zymol Z509 Leather Conditioner - 8 oz.

Being using Zymol forever. It is the best conditioner out there with a nice, thick consistency. I prefer it to the spray on type. When using a thick application it does leave a sheen which I find attractive. It won't bring back severely abused leather to its original condition but it will help with fine cracks. Works excellent as a preventative. I treat my leather chairs about every 3 to 4 months. Dog collars and leads about every two months. Sooner if they get wet.

I purchased this to refurbish an old police-issue leather shoulder holster that had been crammed in a box in an attic for probably 50 years. The leather was hard, had kinks and folds, and looked terrible when I began. I shampooed it first to clean it, then let it dry and applied this generously with my bare hands. I wrapped the strap around a baseball bat and left it for 24 hours. Then I reapplied this conditioner and put everything in the dryer on low heat and tumbled it for about 30 minutes. I repeated this half a dozen times at least, and now the holster looks and feels brand new. If you're trying to restore old, dry leather, patience is the key. Don't expect to apply this once and have the leather feel brand new. It takes some work, but this WILL get the job done and it will smell WONDERFUL. I also use it on the leather seats in my car a couple times a year -- just put a little on a rag and rub it in. The leather will absorb it and it doesn't leave a greasy residue.

I'm a car nut and go to the extremes at times to care for my vehicles. I've tried Meguiars leather conditioner in the past, Armor All, along with another whose name has left me for obvious good reason. With that being said, I tend not to get too excited about a product. But with this....just the opposite. Word to the wise....follow the directions on the back. It makes the final product turn out beautiful. I just purchased a new 2011 GMC Sierra SLT Crew Cab and decided to try new product. LOVE THIS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY! Went on like a dream, and left the seats looking, and feeling very supple. AWESOME! My opinion, SMOKED Meguiars like a cheap cigar...sorry guys. Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone who cares about their vehicle! Worth every penny and have already bought more!

I been using Zymol Leather Conditioner for years on all my vehicles equipped with leather interiors and I can candidly say the product works. The surfaces of the leather interior (and dash) were conditioned with this product every two weeks and the result was the leather kept its brilliant luster and sheen. I also noticed those tiny hair-line cracks in the leather that constantly appear especially during the winter months were reduced significantly using Zymol Leather Conditioner. Make sure the leather surfaces are clean and free from dirt /grease before using the conditioner and I'm sure you will witness the same results as I achieved with Zymol Leather Conditioner.

I've tried all kinds of leather conditioners, and I keep my vehicles leather conditioned monthly, so the "dramatic improvement in suppleness and appearance" doesn't apply to me since this product does a similarly good job to other products I've tried. Zymol does make the leather supple and gives it a nice sheen while it protects it, and I would put it in the top three best conditioners I've used, but it smells like a chemical cleaner covered by the smell of a bar of soap; not unpleasant, but not great. Zaino and Duragloss have the same effect on the leather (protection, improved suppleness, nice non-greasy finish) but they smell like new leather, and to me, a leather conditioner should make your leather look, feel AND smell like new leather. I completed a blind smell test with several of my buddies (both male and female) and the unanimous consensus was that Zaino and Duragloss smelled much better and like new leather, whereas the Zymol smelled like a cleaner. So, overall this is a good product, and works well for what it's intended. But if you want a product that works just as well and actually makes your car smell like new leather, check out Duragloss 221 Leather Conditioner, 8 oz. (221) .

I've been using this product for over a 10 years to main the leather in my Porsche. It is simply excellent - gets absorbed extremely quickly and makes the leather supple and smooth. I apply it about once a quarter in liberal amounts, and it's been a huge help in keeping the interior of my daily driver look amazing for its age. I've been using it on natural leather - don't know if it's any good or useful on leatherette.

Great for keeping leather soft and supple. Also hides small scratches. Use about every 6 months to keep leather from drying out. Very slight smell, not overwhelming. Have bought for years but they changed the cap from a flip squirt cap to just screw top. Prefer the flip top. Use on furniture as well as leather car seats.

VN5型レヴォーグの本革シート用に購入しました。１年前に1本購入して無くなってきたので、追加で購入しました。１か月に１～２回、前後のシートに塗布していますが、塗布後はしっとりして感触も良く大変気に入っています。多めに塗布してもべたつくことはありません。ただ、革への吸収が良いせいか、長持ちするかといえばそうでもなく、月１～２回の塗布はマストに感じます。
