I've used this as a evening colonge get many compliments on how great it smells on me by the opposite sex . Plus the fragrance last a very long time goes a long way with just one spray.

This Pheromone Cologne for men named “ALFA MAKER”, is a fragrance that is unique, and is not boring or overdone like so may scents today. After the first spray, I immediately was taken back to my younger days of wearing scents. This smelled exactly like something I wore in the mid 1980’s named “Calvin” by Calvin Klein. It’s was unique and sexy for those times, and this scent called ALFA MAKER is almost an exact duplicate!!! I’m sure that’s not what was intended, so let me get to the fragrance notes. The main fragrance notes are Orange/Mandarine, Lemon, and a soft Neroli in the front, then a burnished background of a very light amber, and light musk The top notes are always present, and transcend as the base notes of this mixture. In that heart/base of this mixture, Orange and Mandarine notes take on an effervescence, like a sparkling sweet champagne, and is most prominent. Alfa Marker works well in Fall, Winter months, because it does carry that heavy silage that one would get from colognes back in the 80’s. I would wear this on any occasion, casual or formal. Alfa Marker has an elegance in its scent, and smells uniquely like one of my favorite 80’s colognes!!!!

Nice packaging. Sprayed a little on, thought it smelled pretty good. So, to really “test” it out, I wore it the last couple of times I went to my long-time local watering hole to get some independent, unbiased opinions. Had four young ladies, all between their mid-20s to mid-30s (and, all quite hot, to be honest) who are good friends/drinking buddies take a sniff of it on me to give me their honest opinions (I told them I was doing a review, so I needed totally truthful feedback). Asked them separately, so no influence on each other. The results, chronologically: • Jordan: OK, but nothing special. Would rate about 4 of 5 out of 10. She said it’s too “spicy.” Can’t determine in what way, though. Said she prefers “fresh” scents. Points to Giorgio Armani as a favorite. Also said she’s fond of woodsy/amber scents, but couldn’t’ smell them here. Said it wouldn’t make her want to jump my bones. • Heather: “It’s OK. Nothing special.” Not looking good for AlfaMarker at this point, but… • Audrey: Said she liked it. Smelled woodsy, which she likes. Described it as “manly,” versus something cheap like Axe. • Nikkie: REALLY seemed to like it! Said it smelled musky, then smelled my wrist again, and confirmed it definitely smelled good. Another few times, then I mentioned I had some by my ears. Next thing I know, she’s playfully sniffing all over my neck… And, started being flirtatious! I’m sure it was in jest(?), but, it was certainly fun! So, out of four reviews, one not so good, one mediocre, one fairly good, and one very good. I’ll definitely add it to my very small scent repertoire (actually, this doubles it – lol).
