I bought this mixer to replace a Hamilton Beach hand mixer that I had for about 30 years which finally quit working. This one gets the job done, but it is much heavier than the one I previously had. In fact, it's too heavy. My arm was quite tired by the time I finished mixing mashed potatoes which only takes 2-3 minutes. I have only used it once but cannot see myself using it very often due to its weight.

so far works very good has good power, good brand, also has a storage part for the beaters, which is very nice to keep all parts together, very good value, I recommend it

I've used this for several months with no problem, works well, neat feature to slow the speed down instead of power boast to increase speed- in a button. (The slide dial levels are powerful, they dont need a boost.) Helps minimize splashes. I also like the little attachment to keep the mixer blades with the machine. Helps to keep my kitchen more organized. It lasted 16 months before the interior plastic brackets holding the beaters snapped and broke. After about 5 months the beaters wouldn't latch into place. Had to mix always touching bottom of the bowl. Reducing stars to 2

Bit larger than expected and quite powerful speeds. Easy to clean and use. Price was very reasonable. Be mindful however when mixing your batter with this as you risk overmixing if not careful. This is even if you are using the stir setting especially for smaller amounts of batter.

This is one bad a$$ mixer!!! I just put it to the test and it passed with flying colors!!!!

I like this so far. I searched high & low for one that has a truly slow speed. All the other ones I’ve owned the slow speed is still way too fast. But even on this one you have to hold a button down continuously to make it go slow enough. That’s hard to do. All the other speeds are too fast & make everything go flying everywhere. I don’t get it. This is a high tech age. Why can’t someone make a mixer that actually goes slow on the slow speed like the mixers from 50 years ago? They were better then than now. Just like washing machines & dryers. But at least this one does go slow as long as you’re able to hold that darn button down continuously.

Buena calidad, llegó antes del tiempo indicado, le falta el batidor de globo y a cambio trae tres mezcladores. Aún no la pongo a funcionar para sentir la potencia

While I haven't actually used it yet, I did insert the beaters and turn it on. I bought it mainly because I liked the idea of the stir feature but I think it's a little bit faster that it should be and could still throw powdery items around so make sure the beaters are well down into the bottom of the bowl. Just an observation and not a complaint really.
