I’ve been shaving with a Skull shaver Gold with the standard Forte blade since 2018, and was always left with a very slight residual stubble that I would then remove with my Andis trimmer. I always shave with a clear shave gel from Japan. I’d heard good things about the Baron blade, and finally bit the bullet and purchased this one. The result was my first BBS (baby butt smooth) with the skull shaver. The shave lasted no longer than my earlier shaves. The only difference was no stubble remaining. Shaved my head and face right down to the skin line. Guess itks time to get rid of the Andis.

Big upgrade over the previous version. I really like the ability to open the blades up to give them a better cleaning. Most of the things that I didn't like about the previous model have been addressed and improved upon with this new version. I would highly recommend making the switch from the old version even if your current blade isn't dull and in need of being replaced currently, it's that much better. I've been a Skull Shaver customer since they first came out and have owned every version of their head shaving razors to date but I've always had the same two issues with them quality control and customer service. I've had to return numerous units that had defective motors or batteries over the years, especially when they first started, and I always dreaded it because of how bad their customer service team was. This continued with my purchase of their Pitbull Platinum razor last year, I received it, it didn't work properly and it was a nightmare trying to get it replaced a week (via Skull Shaver not Amazon) after I purchased it. However to my surprise when I contacted customer service this time with a few questions they couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. This has been the first time that I've ever been completely satisfied with a purchase from Skull Shaver. I used to recommend their razors all the time because of how good their products were but then stopped due to the quality control and customer service issues I had, but now I feel comfortable recommending their products again.

I have tried all of the blade types and this one is best for sensitive skin, it keeps me from getting any shave bumps because the skull shaver works the same as a bic shaver only it’s electric and works perfectly everytime, I change my blades every 6 months and I shave every other day, can shave with or without water or shaving cream even, dry or wet and the shaver collects all the hair so cleanup is a breeze zero hair on the floor or the body, champion blade types will get this one from here on out, the best is what you get with this skullshaver blades.

I bought a Palm Shaver a couple months ago and it came with the tree head blade. I thought going with 4 heads would speed up the shaving process and reviews made it seem this replacement blade would give a better shave. Since this is the most expensive 4 head replacement blade I was thinking there would be a noticeable difference - but I have to drag this one around my skull/face just as much to get rid of the patchy spots for an even shave. In hindsight I think the three head might have fit the contours of my skull better so all the blades would engage as I moved it around my bumpy head. Can't hurt to have two so I have a spare but next replacement will be a three head - probably the less expensive model. I gave it a three for 'value for money' because I can't tell the difference between this and my original blade that came with the shaver.

Love the skull shaver. Used these every day and they last so long it isn't funny. I cange these like once a year.

I've been shaving my head with a razor for 10 years and always just fought through the irritation to get the super close shave. Finally got tired of it so I decided to finally explore these electric shavers made for your head. I did a bunch of research of pretty much every one available on the market. I bought and returned a few because I just wasn't happy and for whatever reason decided to save the PITBULL brand for my last attempt. (Was thinking of keeping the Remington Balder Pro) I finally bought the PITBULL GOLD PRO GX5 and was pretty happy with the sensitive aspect of it but the Forte head left a little stubble that was bothering me. Because this one turned on when I needed and had no issues unlike the other ones I decided to keep it, but I just saw that they sold a BARON attachment. I just tried it out last night and finally found what I believe is the best electric head shaver for your money! Get the PITBULL Gold Pro GX5 and then order the BARON PRO 4 head separately! The smoothest shave with no irritation! (I use shaving cream as dry shaving works well but I always have irritation no matter what)

Nice product but so expensive to replace, $50 dollars is expensive for a blade, but you get a lot of uses out of it. hard to clean, i don't get razor burn like i used to.

I have been using the Forte head but decided to try the Baron. Just for comparison I first used the Forte, then went over it with the Baron. I did this on 3 different occasions. For my skull, the Baron feels like it did a closer shave than the Forte.

Der Scherkopf ist von gewohnt hoher Qualität und wird schnell und gut verpackt geliefert. Das Rasurergebnis ist das Beste was ich je erlebt habe und ist durchaus mit einer Nassrasur zu vergleichen. Der etwas höhere Preis lohnt sich also in jedem Fall. Ich werde nur noch diesen Scherkopf verwenden.
