We have a special needs daughter who is experiencing gluten issues, so we have been trying different gluten free products. Some are okay, and others, not so tasty.. But this king Arthur Gluteen free funfetti cake mix is a big thumbs up! It's super yummy and moist...makes perfect cup cakes..stocked up several boxes for our daughter to enjoy!

This is the best gluten free cake I have ever had! I got this to make cake pops for work and this was perfect. It was sweet enough, it was soft enough, it was just right in every way. People at work didn't believe me and I showed them this item so they can try it themselves. Please buy it and try it with all your sweets!

Best GF cake mix ever. I had to double check it was GF because it tasted so good.

Used this for a kids birthday party and made it using water, avocado oil and eggs to keep it dairy free. I made it in a 9x13. It doesn’t puff up a lot so you may need to adjust the frosting on the corners to make them square. The flavor though for funfetti was fantastic and the little funfetti pieces held up so well. You definitely would not know the difference between this and a regular cake mix if no one told you, once it’s frosted. I would recommend this for this with dietary restrictions looking for a tasty alternative that you can bake yourself.

VERY tasty! I couldn't even tell that it was gluten free. I do recommend adding an extra egg for the moisture as these mixes tend to run dry. Refrigerate your batter for 10-15 minutes to let the moisture absorb and your cake will be perfect. The confetti in it made it look pretty as well
