I like this tool. I’ve only used it maybe 5 or 6 times but I am very happy with it. It quickly does a really nice job. It also cuts the removed metal in half so the pieces fall out when you want to remove them. I am very pleased with this purchase

This is the 2nd 2-3/8" hole I made in this Generac ATS (automatic transfer switch). Both very clean. I started with a 1/4" pilot hole and then a 1/2" drill bit. From there I used a step drill to get to 3/4" (the arbor size of the big punches). Greased up the threads. Inserted the arbor through the cup from the top and into the cutter on the other side. Snugged it up and cranked away with the ratchet until I heard 2 pops and the arbor spun freely. Piece of cake!

If you need to cut holes up to 2" this is the perfect product for you, good punch quality, great price, works well, and easy to use

works as designed, and cheap enough to leave on a job site. I don't punch hundreds of holes a day but when I have a few for a job, this works perfectly.
