I have to say I am highly impressed!! I have been taking these for about 3 weeks and I have lost 10 lbs. I do take Metformin for PCOS but since I started taking these the weight is just coming off so easy. I am down one pants size already. I started w one capsule in the morning for the first 2 weeks and this week I started taking 1 capsule in the morning and one capsule around 3 PM and I have lost 3 lbs already. Also I just got my blood work back and my A1C has already started to come down. I don't know if it's from the combination of this product and the Metformin but I never lost any weight on the Metformin alone. I will definitely buy the product again and recommend it to people.

I take one pill every day with my lunch. I love the way these keep me from feeling bloated and I stay consistently regular. The smell is a light vinegar, but not too strong.

Leg cramps & weight loss. It’s a slow process to lose the weight, but Dad lost 30 lbs in 6 months. He has tried other brands of apple cider vinegar pills for cramping, but this brand worked nest for him. I had bought the first bottle @ Walmart, but they stopped carrying this brand & after searching all over for them, found them on Amazon.

Very gentle with stomach and it helps with digestion and feeling full.

I've taken these for 2 yrs now. They do help with water retention and appetite suppression. I lowered the stars because I suspect they changed the formula recently. I used to open a fresh bottle and your nose would sting from the strong apple cider vinegar smell. Now....nothing. I notice less of a "heating sensation" in my stomach as well. Prob time to look for a different brand

I've been wanting to include ACV in my diet for its purported health benefits, but I cannot stand the taste. Bragg's ACV drinks are not so bad, but have added sugar which I cannot have, so I was pleased to find ACV in capsule formula. You can definitely taste that it's ACV when you put them in your mouth, but they do not pucker your mouth like the liquid form does. I can't say whether ACV does anything for you or not as I am making multiple changes to my diet and seeing results, but I suspect that it's helping even if just a little bit. If I get a sore throat, I'll still suck it up and gargle with the liquid to coat your throat. For everything else, this is my go to!
