Perfect for a music student
Purchased for my grandson who needed a recorder for his music class. This one is decent quality and has a good sound. I really like that it came with a carrying pouch and a cleaning rod since he will be using it at school and carrying it back and forth in a backpack. Great value for the price!

Great recorder for beginners, just missing a strap
I bought this recorder for my third grader, and it has been a great purchase. The build quality is solid, made of fine plastic that feels durable and able to withstand the usual handling by kids. The sound is clear, and my child has been enjoying learning on it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn’t come with a neck strap. A strap would really help little ones manage it better, especially during practice or when carrying it around. Other than that, it’s a very good recorder for beginners.

Perfect gift for fledgling musicians
I bought this as a gift for an 8 year old. With instruction and a little practice, he was able to play a recognizable song in just a short period of time. The nascent musician within him awoke & he practices without prompting now. He loves the color and that it comes with a carrying case & cleaning tools. He also loves that he can tuck it in his pocket & make music wherever he goes.
