A1 material is PA+Stainless Steel with chemical etching surface treatment. A2 material is Stainless Steel. A3 material is Aluminium Alloy with Hard anodizing(HA III) surface treatment. **Q: Can someone confirm runtimes?** A: It seems odd that their reply to you implies that they're lying to us about the actual lumens. The product is 650 lumens and in their answer they say 550 lumens for high. Makes you wonder. I do agree that these are good lights for the money but that's a bit disconcerting. **Q: The product description identifies 4 modes including Turbo but the parameters list only gives 3 modes. Is this a 3 or 4 mode flashlight?** A: I feel they are purposely trying to mislead on this. The "Turbo" level is the exact same output as High, it's just a strobe. Most people would just call that strobe. The instructions even say that Turbo mode can only be sustained for about 3 seconds because the unit will overheat (which would be expected from a true Turbo), but obviously this is not the case since it is just a strobe. **Q: Is there a trick to getting it to scroll though the different brightness? I can only get it to turn on then off.** A: Once you hold down the power button that moment or so to activate the light, to scroll through the different settings (going from the start default of LOW, to HIGH, MEDIUM, STROBE, and then back to LOW), just lightly and quickly single-click the power button. When you're ready to turn it off, then hold the button down until the light deactivates.
