My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔

I've been struggling with hair loss for years now, and read really good reviews for this. I've now been taking it for around 7 months, and I have experienced faster hair and nail growth, and stronger nails. However, it has not helped me at all with hair density/thickness. If anything, I've lost even more hair, though not due to this, just due to the nature of hair loss. For me, my hair and nails already grow fast, so it was not beneficial for me to have the effects of this. But I'm happy I gave it a try. It's affordable and didn't bother my stomach at all. I'll probably stop taking it when I run out of this last bottle.

I have tried severl "hair growth" products. I have never felt as though the out come was ever worth the cost. I asked my Hair Gal, she recommened one...meh.I then asked my ethetician, she recommended Biosil. I have been on it for 6 months. It is amazing. I do see hair growth, now I did not start to show untill after month 4. I have also had to trim my eyebrows, not sure if that is related, I'll take it.My nails have never been stronger. I also hear some of these products cause tummy trouble. NOT this one.I say give it a shot
