I am not sure if it works
My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔

Has silica - hard to find ingredient.
One of the Few Supplements I’ve Actually Noticed a Difference With I have tried countless hair, skin, and nail supplements over the years, and honestly most of them either did nothing or took forever to notice even a slight change. This is one of the few products where I genuinely feel like I noticed an improvement, especially with my hair. After consistent use, my hair felt healthier overall and I noticed less breakage and shedding. Excellent supplement
I have been using Biosil for many years. I have Hashimotos Disease and it has strengthened my hair significantly. My skin never feels dry and it has contributed greatly. If you take supplements, this is a must!

Recommended for Thin Nails
I have paper thin nails that are constantly breaking or bending. I've been taking biotin for years and have not seen a noticeable difference. When I take this consistently with biotin I've noticed my nails definitely strengthen. They still bend a bit but they do not break as easily.
