I love this stuff! I use it to root new succulents. Roots grow so fast and there are so many of them. If im struggling to get a succulent to root i go straight to this. I have rooted small ones strictly in this as its substrate. I have also used my normal substrate with a thick layer of this on top. I also love the way it looks as a top dressing

Perfect for larger lithops

I use it as a topper, but also mixed in my cactus mix soil. Great aeration material.

Looks great and the play seems happy. Good aeration and clean look visually

Perfect size for mixing with smaller bark to use with fine rooted plants such as miniatures. These are about the size of green peas.

I wouldn't use it as a planting medium, but it's great topsoil for succulents and arrangements. Works as advertised and adds a little class to the top of my succulent soil.

Love it and now my living stones can expand and thrive

Hard to tell...I used it with a bit of soil, for some delicate succulents, and they're still alive, so I guess it's good...
