This is not a low calorie food, but I have spent a lifetime on a very famous diet that encouraged certain lunch items including low fat cottage cheese with sugar free jello and canned fruit on top. I have eaten this once a week for 50 years and I admit I like it. This is not the sugar free version but it tastes great and I have been on Maintenance for years.

I have bought these gel fruit cups a few times. These are my absolute favorite. They are high quality gel and fruit with a good amount of fruit in each cup. Each cup is a decent size for a quick snack or to throw into a lunch box. If you love good tasting actual fresh tasting fruit in gel with both tasting delicious. This is the package to buy. Plus it has a wide variety of different fruits so you can change it up. Great price to for the amount of cups in the box and boxes of each types. This comes well packaged and decently fresh when you receive it though I have bought these fruit cups a few times, but this order was a bit different. I do have to lower the star because this order tasted a little old like it had been sitting for awhile. It still tasted OK and good to eat but not as good as totally fresh. More on the gel side not the fruit which was still fresh. Decent product overall. Most shipments were perfect except for this one which may have been sitting for a long time. Needs shelf date checks.
