I purchased a different eyeshadow stick that barely showed color on my eyelid so thought I would try this one and I am very pleased with it. I got the blue and it goes on easy and stays on.

Update: The below still applies. Unfortunately like other people say, the sticks more often than not comes broken. Pro: with patience still works Con: for the price we shouldn’t have to deal with that. I ordered 2 more, got them today. One is broken, one is not. Since I need them because they worked for me; I requested for a replacement. It took less than a minute and I won’t have to take the time to return this one and I will be getting another one hopefully tomorrow. I will keep getting them from them, even if broken. Unless Im able to find something that works or if they rise the price. For more $ give quality. Hope it helps. I have tried two other brands, and this is by far the best. Is soft, it last and it gives you enough time to blend before it dries compared to the other brands. I came to know about it from a Youtuber and risk it to buy it and DID NOT DISAPOINT! I will be getting different shades. Bought the Taupe which it looks more like grey'ish.

I bought these as they were supposed to be a dupe for the Bobby brown eyeshadow sticks. I thought I could get three of those for the price of one. I was wrong. These are not good. They apply dry and patchy. The finish is chalky. The staying power is minimal. Even as a lower-lash eyeshadow/liner, they do not stay. My skin is dry. I prep eyelids with eye cream. Then primer. I've tried all the primers I own, without any improvement in the product. Perhaps they would work better with oily skin. For me, they are a hard pass and a sad reminder in my makeup drawer.

What I like about this shadow stick the most, I am 52 with crepey eye lids and this does not enhance my lines or crease. It goes on very smooth. I also use as a liner. With makeup setting spray, the shadow lasts. The price can't be beat. Two things I don't like, the stick falls right out of the tube. I'm constantly picking up and putting back in. The other thing is I think the color could be more pigmented. Saying all of that, I will continue to use. The pros for me outweigh the cons (especially with crepey eye lids) and I just ordered a second color.

This is the only eyeshadow stick I've found that goes on silky smooth. It is comparable in quality to a very expensive eyeshadow stick, but without the high price. So far, I have two colors and plan to get a bunch more.

Love this formula. Easy to blend, dries down well. This is a comparison of 2 shades along with Maybelline I Am Cheeky. 08 Shell has a more metallic finish than the other 2. It’s more smudge resistant than 15 Golden Taupe. I’m very fair skinned. Maybelline I Am Cheeky is more of a rosy darker taupe. Golden Taupe is more reddish brown than I expected on my skintone.
