Got pillows . They r very flat. Why r they so flat. They dont like like any of the pictures?

Mine were flat when they came but are super puffy after a day.

Has anyone purchased the gusseted pillow?

Yes, they are soft but misshape very easily therefore the quality is lacking & I wouldn’t recommend them & plan on replacing them.
