Should I use this on a motorizied bicycle rims?

If you mean putting it on the exposed surface of the rims, I don't think that would be a good idea. This grease is sticky and it's going to catch a lot of grit and abrasives on exposed surfaces - not good.

Can I use it for a fishing reel?

Yes inside of the reel on your gears only

Can it be used for my rear tire motorcycle bearings?

It should be used for plumbing situation. There's a specific bearing grease that you can obtaing through Amazon or local auto parts store.
