Great Pronation lifts strap. Inexpensive exercise tool
Best Pronation lift strap for the price. One of my favorite armwrestling exercise tools. Feels solid and comfy. The soft mole skin like material is easy on the hands.

Very solid and comfortable
I bought this after watching a bunch of arm wrestling videos and have always had weak hands and wrists and decided to start doing light weight routines to improve my strength and flexibility. The strap is very durable and has a soft fleece like feel on the inside.

Well made, but not *great* for my intended use
I have a couple sets of dumbbells at home, and I got this (along with a harness to sort of convert the dumbell into a kettlebell), to do wrist/forearm exercises. It works okay. The material is very comfortable (compared to a typical judo strap). It's plush with a super soft, velvety lining. It's not an ideal setup because of the dumbbell's uneven weight distribution, unfortunately. I also don't love how side the strap is for wrist movements—holding it like the model in the product photo is doing. A thinner, less velvety judo strap just wraps and holds more securely. In general, it has extra comfort at the expense of obstructing my hand's movement. That said, it would be PERFECTLY comfortable for pulling movements where your hand is fed through the loop and grabbing the lower part of the strap.

good for wrist strength.
I jerryrigged this to use with a kettlebell, I was using a gi belt before. This thing is awesome. Worth every penny. Great if you’re trying to build a wrist and forearm strength.
