These shoes are brilliant.Been using vet tape for bumble foot and my hem really hates having them changed.She loves her new shoes they fit great and she doesn’t seem bothered about them at all.She is one of my bossy hens with an attitude that lets you know if she doesn’t like something.She manages to get her vet wrap of herself a lot of the time but she hasn’t attempted to take these of at all.Shes a maran and they fit her great so can give you an idea of her size and the shoe.I have previously spent over £60 and ordered shoes from the USA and they did nothing but fall of her feet and they didn’t fit securely and just caused her stress and she took to hiding incase they were put back on.But these are absolutely brilliant if you have a chicken with bumble foot I would definitely recommend buying these.

Ach ja die sind ja schon echt witzig aber erfüllen Ihren Zweck, wenn man Sie braucht. Sehen farblich cool aus, leicht anziehbar und klein verpackt!! Preislich fand ich es etwas teuer, doch trotzdem mal gekauft. Hühner brauchen dieses Produkt auch sicher das eine oder andere Mal deswegen ist das ein guter Artikel!! 😜👍

I got these to help keep my chicken from pulling off the vet wrap when we were fixing her bumble foot. They worked pretty good. Every once in awhile she would get one toe out, but for the most part they stayed on and in place. It's a foam fabric with some stretch, but has held up to her scratching and running around. The only down side for me was once it got dirty it stayed dirty looking even if it was clean. Also it retains moisture once it's wet and takes awhile to dry. Something to keep in mind if using for wound care. Photos are from 6 weeks of use and after washing.

This shoe is incredibly easy to put on and it stays put depending on the size of the chicken’s feet. It fits a standard rooster great. It was too floppy and loose on a smaller leghorn hen. Would prob fit a substantial-sized hen or regular rooster. Haven’t tried them on my giant roosters yet but the standard roosters don’t even seem to notice it’s on and it stays on them great, doesn’t hinder perching or cut into or rub any part of the foot at all. Neoprene is a bit thin, I think it would prob last about 3 months of continuous wear. Does not look like it will cause overheating in the summer like the other more closed up versions of neoprene birdy booties.

Decent product for short-term use of treating bumblefoot or broken toes.

These are great quality with good padding, and I love that they have Velcro straps on the legs. The problem is in the design on the toes. They don't stay on. As the chicken flexes her toes, she pulls them out of the toe holes very quickly, and the padding just flaps. If there was a way to secure it up once the toes are in the holes, it would be perfect.
