Perfect solar charging system
This was perfect for my budget and needs, plus the 200 off was enticing. I boondock camp and always having to use some power so this was a big step. I use it for my new fridge and then to recharge my batteries and my electronics. I have a everstart that I always take and leave in tent, this will be used mostly for fridge. The solar panels could have a better framework, but as long as your good to your gear it will be good to you. My phone doesn't like 1 of the USB ports, and the DC port could be a bit tighter fitting. Very easy to use and to power things. The fan is a bit loud, but it works. Love that it doesn't take up a big amount of space. Easy to maneuver where the sun is. I used an extension cord for fridge. I wish it didn't have a power off /shut down when it doesn't think anything is attached. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and can't wait for the next trip to the mountains. We'll see how it handles less sunshine. But it can be charged by my highlander. On my first trip it never got below 90%, with the sunshine it held 100% most of the time.

Not reliable.
I would give it less if I could. The first time I needed it, it would not work. The AC light was flashing and beeping. I now find out that customer support is only via email. Even the extended warranty appears to be useless because they refer me to the manufacturer. I’m not pleased at all.

Works well
Seems to work well after first charge we’ll see how well it holds up very slow solar charge if not in complete sun!

Failing within 5 months. Only can use 33% of stated capacity.
I got tired of losing internet when I was having electrical work so bought this to use as an UPS for my cable modem. I use one of the 12V DC ouputs to directly power the cable modem. The cable modem was a constant 15W load. I figured it should be able to handle 24 hours since was only 2/3 of its capacity. Since I bought it with the 100W solar panel, I mostly used it to keep it charged. It worked well except recently. Like this morning. At 5am it reported it had 62% of battery left. Every 15 minutes ot dropped 1%. At 6am it reported 60%, 6:05am 48%, 6:10 2%, and then it went dead. I had to plug in the 12v supply powered by a/c. In eleven hours 165Wh of load completely drained it. No idea what happened to the other 300Wh. This is not the first time that this has happened. My biggest complaint is the lack of bluetooth or wifi monitoring. I actually had to point a usb camera at it so I could monitor it. It was great until it wasn't. I just can't trust it anymore.

Let there be light
This things a beast for power. I already used it camping and it charges faster than I thought with the solar cells. It seems to be well constructed too.

Return postage is not paid on damaged generator.
My generator is not consistently working. It isn't powering items as promised. I was allowed to return it for a refund, but they will not pay the return postage. This doesn't seem fair. It works well to charge cell phones and very small items, but not up to 500 watts as promised.
