I tried my motherboardโs on board network card and then a PCIe Realtek gigabit Ethernet card with wake on LAN and couldnโt get either of them to work. I was recommended to get this card and it worked perfectly. Installation was easy - the driver automatically loaded under windows 11. I tested it and have been getting better speeds than my previous Realtek card. It runs very cool and itโs a great price for an Intel server-grade network card. Overall Iโm super pleased with it

Works perfect with my old Intel i7 4770K PC running Proxmox. The integrated NIC has an old driver and whenever I put network load on multiple VMs the driver would crash and I would lose connectivity to the server. I decided to get this card because of the Linux driver support and price. So far with this card I had no issues or crashes. Worked right out of the box and can even WOL with it.

Works as advertised, no issues at all.

I was having issues with my integrated Realtek adapter dropping packets occasionally. I kept getting kicked from game servers and had a hard time streaming video at 1080p, while I could easily do it on my TV. It comes with a CD with the drivers, but I don't have a drive, so I downloaded drivers directly from Intel and they work perfectly. I was able to play an online game while streaming video at 1080p and never got kicked. This card fixed my problems and doesn't drop packets. This is a cheap alternative to a genuine Intel, which is about 3 times more expensive. I'm staying away from Realtek adapters forever.

Purchased almost a year ago and it is working perfectly, I fit the PCIe Gigabit Network Card 1000M PCI Express Ethernet Adapter into a 5820 PC and would definitely purchase again if ever needed.
