Feels pretty solid. Came together well in about 45 minutes. Comes with conversion bar for mounting, replacing wide diameter pull up bar. All parts arrived without damage and perfectly formed, minus a squeeze when mounting weight holding bar. Great buy and addition to the rack. Worth every penny when you consider a stand-alone lat machine will run $650 minimum for a mid grade. Comes with standard lat pull down bar and row bar. ### ⭐ Honest Review. Please read before buying.
