Let me tell ya.. THIS right here helps. I was always tired/sleepy and I felt it was due to lack of vitamins and sun as I sit in an office alll day. But this ? This works wonders. So far so good, the packaging was great, and delivered quickly. the capsules are nice and small, there is no weird smell, no aftertaste, I will continue to use and see how im doing after 30 days

Pretty good. I like the mini softgels, they are easy to swallow, and I'm glad there are no artificial additives and that it's all natural. It's an essential nutrient, so I'm glad to have it in a convenient form. My only gripe is the 30 count bottle, would be better with bigger options or more counts.
