Batteries
Bought 2 torches and the batteries were dead in both items

Extremely Pleased with Elwis Product - but....
Happy with the item ( this replacing the previously model). However, this with the exception that the included batteries were dead (battery dates 10/2024). Unable to contact Amazon for problems of this nature apart from returning and getting a replacement sent ๐ค. This option not feasible in this case as the item was required urgently and so just replaced the batteries.
