Bad lid design. *by S***E on December 27, 2025* This is higher-quality cookware, but there's one desugn-flaw I noticed after I cooked a pot of rice in the small saucepan, with good results. Here's the one one Bad Thing I have noticed so far: the lids have an unfortunately narrow space on the inside surface above the metal rim that will collect food during cooking process; that space will be very difficult to keep clean. Seems like this is a manufacturer's oversight. They should include a special brush for cleaning it. Now I'm not as excited as I had been to have found this Henckles CLAD H3 cookware set. Maybe the price was low because they're phasing it out until the poorly-designed lids are gone.
