Q: Is it dishwasher safe?

We washed the dough hook in the dishwasher and it removed the protective coating. Salter don't sell replacements!

Q: Does ek425 salter come with instructions

It comes with a small instruction booklet. I have used this mixture several times for cakes and batters. It is smaller than it looks and very lightweight which doesn’t bother me as I didn’t want anything too heavy and easily stores in a kitchen unit without taking up a lot oh space.

Q: What guarantee comes with this mixer?

I assumed that it would be covered by consumer protection regulations and that there would be a 12 month manufacturers’ warranty.
