Fun, smells good, but scent fades
I've had a couple of these scented "Thinking Putties," and they're all really nice at first, but the scent fades pretty quickly, to the point where you almost have to put your nose in it to smell it. I find that this happens after playing with it for about an hour total. If you have aromatherapy oils, or fragrance oils for candles/soaps, you can add ONE drop and knead it in (wear gloves) in order to give it a stronger scent. It gets a tiny bit softer/stickier, but it's totally worth it if you buy this mostly for the smell. Otherwise, it's a pretty boring putty in terms of the color and texture, which is like a slightly softer Silly Putty. Even though the scent fades, I've found that the putty itself maintains its integrity for a long time. Compared to the clear putties they sell, these ones seem to hold up better to daily use. I don't personally think that the tins are difficult to open, but I think everyone can agree that a twist-top container would be better. Overall, I'd buy more.
