Worked only for 3 months. Not worth the price! Looks all nice and sturdy but doesn't even last for 3 months.

My Agaro Kettle broke down after 10 months. I called the support and they promptly sent a new replacement. Agaro products are of good quality, I own a hand blender which is awesome, however I would not suggest this kettle as the build quality of this product is not good. The lid hinge plastic will come out after sometime.

I purchased the Agaro Electric Kettle on 16 December 2025, and it worked well initially. However, in March 2026, the kettle suddenly stopped working, which was quite disappointing. That said, I must really appreciate the customer service experience. I contacted their support team, and the representative I spoke with was very polite, patient, and professional. She listened carefully to my issue and assured me that it would be resolved as soon as possible. True to their word, the company promptly arranged a replacement, and I received a brand-new kettle without any unnecessary delays or complications. While the product issue was inconvenient, the after-sales service truly stood out. Their quick response and smooth replacement process restored my trust in the brand.
