Favourite children’s books
Fabulous books, much loved by my daughters and granddaughters from 2 years to the age where they can read alone . Beautiful rhymes and use of language, with repeated phrases which little ones can chant with you. One reading is never enough! I thoroughly recommend the Hairy Maclary books by the same author too

Fabulous books!
These books are just fabulous! My little granddaughter is just three and has enjoyed the Hairy Maclairy books for some time. She loves the stories and laughs at the illustrations and we have to read them over and over again! Worth a space on any child’s bookshelf.

Lovely books to read with children
So pleased to get these books. I loved them so much as a child and I'm delighted to now have a set for my little one. They are lovely to read and have fun pictures. My mother always enjoyed reading these with me vs a lot of my other books! A firm family favourite, hopefully for generations to come. I have also bought these for family and friends children.

Classic children’s stories
Classic children’s stories with starring Hairy Mclary in the middle of the mayhem created by Scarface Claw, Stickybeak Sid and Slinky Maliki. Our grandchildren love the large illustrations and the predictable rhymes encourage them to join in with the fun.

Engaging for kids
My kids absolutely love the rhyming in these books and the antics of Slinky and Hairy

We had slinki malinki, but I wanted the other books in the set to have fun with reading to my children. The other ones are just as cute, funny, and fun to read. A bit pricey for books, but enjoyable.

Seriously the best books ever, my grandkids love them!

Bought them for my granddaughter for her birthday and she loves them, has to read them over and over again! Cute stories that read with a rhythm so they’re easy and fun to read. They’re hard to find, Amazon was the only bookseller I found that had them which I guess accounts for the cost!

My favourite books from my childhood, bought the set for my niece and very happy with the quality, they should hold up well. Print is good and colours are crisp, story is as lovely as I remember.
