This deserves a 100 stars! Great for stretching back muscles and much more! Lie on your back and simply place it under your back after a tiring day. It does wonders!

Can’t inflate ball properly
It’s impossible to inflate this ball properly. Tried a few times and there is no way to pinch the hole shot after blowing air into it and it deflates so much. It’s one soggy soft ball, waste of money

I purchased this pilates ball to use with a strengthening program I am starting. I appreciate the quality of the ball and the included tools to help inflate it to my desired firmness. I feel the ball is bigger than the ones I have used at reformer pilates but still will work well for my needs. For the price the pilates ball is of great quality, I have put pressure on the ball with my head and back during exercises and no issues. I'm giving it 5 stars for quality and durability.
