Womier Low Profile Keycaps - Shine Through Keycaps 60 65 75 100 Percent

Cute & affordable. Very smooth touch for typing... the color is like a milky pink shade. The backlight on my keyboard does shine through, but I prefer it without the lighting. Pretty easy to set up and is compatible with my lofree low profile keyboard. Love it!

I just built my first custom keyboard, using a GMMK PRO barebones frame, silent black ink switches, and these Womier keycaps! I think these caps are awesome, I love the style and format, especially since I have decided I don't like tall, typical mechanical keycaps. The low profile nature of them is comfy and preferable to my fingies, and I think they just look good. They all fit well too on the keyboard ^-^ I will mention that the shine through is almost non-existent, using the GMMK PRO frame. But this is also an issue that is due to my lack of reading into things. I believe it actually mentions it in the product info, that north oriented LED's are ideal for these caps since the legend is on the upper part of the keycaps. Knowing this even now, I will still keep the caps and I do like them a lot, but it is something that everyone buying them should consider beforehand! In general, I would easily recommend these, especiallg for the price!

I got these for a Nuphy Node 100 low profile because I wanted shine-through. Overall I'm happy. Good: - Fits Nuphy Node 100 low profile - Nice texture and feel, a bit better than Nuphy's - Color options on some keys (I got the black/blue set, has some white options too) Sad: - The larger symbols like BACKSPACE don't light up entirely - Only 1 set of CMD/OPT for mac - Very hard to read when not lit, but I guess that's typical of shine-throughs

I bought these for my Keychron K3 low-profile keyboard, and they mostly work great! The K3 is the first mechanical keyboard that actually worked for me; it scratched that “clicky” itch, and the low-profile keys felt just right. But there was one annoying issue: the keys have a decent gap between them, and I tend to sweep my fingers from key to key as I type. On the K3, that meant my fingers would sometimes catch on the edges of the keys, which slowed me down. So the stock keycaps were almost perfect, but not quite. I’d been on the lookout for replacement low-profile keycaps that might fix this. Since I wasn’t too picky about how they looked, the price was my main concern. That’s where the Womier low-profile keycaps came in, and for the most part, they totally solved the problem! I can now glide my fingers across the keys without getting snagged, which has made typing a lot smoother. (Backspace and I are definitely on better terms now.) The only hiccup is with the bigger keys: spacebar, enter, backspace, caps lock, and left shift. These keycaps don’t fit the stabilizer posts on the K3, which is totally fair (after all, they weren’t made specifically for the K3). I just kept the original K3 keycaps for those keys. Honestly, the mismatched look doesn’t bother me at all. Since I’m making fewer errors, I barely even notice the different backspace key. And the rest of the big keys feel just fine alongside the Womier ones. Overall, I’m super happy with the purchase, especially for the price. The Womier caps don’t have exactly the same click as the K3 originals, but it’s a small difference that doesn’t bother me. I’d definitely recommend these if you’re looking for a solid, affordable replacement or just want to "fill in some gaps" with a better typing feel.

These low-profile keycaps are a decent option if you're specifically looking for a shorter keycap set, but they do have some trade-offs. I got them because I wanted a low-profile feel on my regular mechanical keyboard, and while they do deliver on that, there are some things to keep in mind if you're considering them. First, the shine-through legends are very crisp and bright, which is great if you use RGB lighting. The black and white color scheme is also really nice—it has a clean, modern look that works well with almost any keyboard. The contrast between the black and white makes the legends super easy to read, and since they’re doubleshot, there’s no risk of the lettering wearing off over time. If you want a set that lets your RGB shine while still looking sharp, this definitely works. As for the feel, they’re fine, but nothing mind-blowing. Since they’re shorter than regular keycaps, they make typing feel a little different, even on a standard mechanical board. I was expecting a lower profile, but the change in typing feel is more noticeable than I thought. They make the overall experience feel a little snappier since your fingers don’t have to travel as far, but they also remove some of the deep keypress sensation you get with taller profiles like Cherry or OEM. If you're coming from a standard keyboard, it might take a little getting used to. One thing to note is the sound profile. Because these are thinner than standard PBT keycaps, they don’t have that deep, solid sound you might expect from thicker caps. Instead, they produce a higher-pitched, somewhat hollow clack rather than a rich, deep thock. If you’re someone who really cares about sound, this might not be the best choice unless you have a keyboard with a dampened or gasket-mounted case that can help tone it down. On a louder board, these caps will emphasize higher frequencies, which might not be ideal. Another potential downside is the fit and compatibility. They work with standard MX-style switches, but since they’re low-profile, the key height difference can feel weird if you’re mixing them with normal keycaps. Also, because they’re shorter, they don’t feel as sculpted, so there’s less of a natural flow between rows compared to a typical keycap set. If you’re someone who relies on the sculpting of each row to guide your fingers, this set might feel a little flat. They're easy to put on so that's a plus and again they seems pretty durable. Overall, these low-profile keycaps are decent if you specifically want a shorter set with shine-through legends. They look great, they let RGB lighting shine through well, and they type fine, but they won’t give you the same depth or sound as a more traditional PBT set. If you’re after a snappier, more minimal feel, they’re a good option, but if you love a rich typing sound and deeper key presses, you might want to look at a thicker low-profile PBT set or an alternative profile like XDA or Cherry for a better balance.

I have the Lofree Flow Lite100 keyboard. The keyboard itself is great, but the keycaps that came with it were pretty boring and I found them hard to type on. I'm no super typist, but I usually do ok. With the OEM keycaps, I kept hitting multiple keys at a time (more than usual) and it was really frustrating. Yes, I know, learn to type better. I'm 52. My typing is as good as it's going to get. Anyway, I saw these keys and the color is a PERFECT match for the Lofree. They aren't super colorful, but at least they aren't all the same color making the keyboard completely monotone. It came with black accent keys as well, but I'm not using them. I like the lighter colors a little better. The Lofree already really sounded good, but IMO, these caps sound just a tiny bit better than OEM. They have a nice texture on them (see my photos). They are a tiny bit taller than either the Lofree OEM or Nuphy OEM, which I also tried. They even have duplicate corner caps for each that are more rounded than the normal caps. This also gives the keyboard a nice look (also, in my photos). The see thru legends are really sharp and look great. The best thing about them? My typing is somehow more accurate. I'm not sure if if it's because of the slightly taller caps which puts more space between the caps, or the texture, or both, but it's noticeable to me. I don't really have anything bad to say about these caps at all. If I could, I would like some different colored accent caps (esc, enter, space) included, but that is nitpicky. This keyboard looks, sounds, feels, and types awesome now. It looks OEM but better!

I've gone down this rabbit hole recently of trying to find the perfect keyboard. I ended up really liking the Royal Kludge RK84 with mechanical blue switches (I am a heavy typist, programmer/IT pro) except for one thing... the keycaps were WAY WAY too tall. Instead of sending it back, I decided I would keep the keyboard and get a set of low profile keycaps. Enter these... They came really nicely packaged in a two-layer tray that was laid out like a keyboard would be. There were keys for anything I could imagine needing (different sized Alt/CTRL/Function keys for different keyboard layouts, etc.). The finish is matte with just a little bit of texture. Overall feel is 4/5 (I prefer the soft-touch feel of my keychrons a little better). I had no problems whatsoever installing these and the fit was perfect. My keyboard has north-facing LEDs so shine-through is adequate, although some of the larger legends (Caps/shift) aren't completely uniform. Not enough of an issue to bother me. Again, 4/5. There is no legend for media keys or any of the specific shortcut functions for my keyboard (of course). While I think this makes for a really nice, clean look, you're going to have to refer to your keyboard manual for anything other than standard use. I don't tend to use media keys, and I've memorized the important shortcut functions (like connecting my keyboard to a different device) so it isn't a big deal to me. YMMV. I'm a big fan of the profile and the typing experience is superb. Even though they sit a little higher on the key switches, you can see the huge difference in height in the pictures I provided. They have a nice wide crown with narrow shoulders that make it easy to get an accurate keypress without accidental activations. I did some objective measurements using the stock keycaps, these, and my Keychron K5 and K3 keyboards (both low-profile). These consistently produce the highest WPM and accuracy scores for me. Again, YMMV. Keyboards are extremely personal, but if you are looking for a low-profile keycap, I would absolutely recommend giving these a try. I only wish they came in more colors so I could customize a little bit (even if it did cost me an extra $20).

Note about the photos: The keyboard looks darker when the LEDs are on, due to my camera's HDR. That photo is useful for showing how bright and uniform the LED shine, not the keyboard itself, which looks like how it looks in the photo of the LEDs off. For starters, I bought this to use with my Lofree Flow keyboard. As opposed to most low profile mechanical keyboards with a standard, non-ortholinear layout, the Lofree Flow uses Kailh low profile v2 switches. The product page doesn't explicitely mention the Kailh switches, but with the v2 switches having a + shaped stem, I figured they should work. For the most part, they do. They do have slightly longer stems, and add about 2 mm to the keyboard, which is significant for a keyboard designed to be thin. For the Lofree flow, it's an 11 % increase. Not great, but with it just being the stems, theoretically you could sand down the stems and regain that thinner profile. The keycaps don't change the sound profile of the keyboard in any significant way, which is great. The keyboard sounded great, and these keycaps don't ruin it. Maybe they sound a tad louder, but that's about it. That is with the exception of the space bar, which has some interference, causing a much louder, worse sound. I think it's a problem with the stabilizers, though none of the other stabilizers have this issue. You can remedy this by easing the space bar back a bit, or you could just continue to use your old space bar. The shape is a bit different, but not by much. Really, it's just a bit shorter. The white keycaps matches the white Lofree switches very well, and in my opinion, they keyboard still looks good with the black Lofree space bar, if you have that. I'm also not a huge fan of the grey keycaps. They're a warmer grey, which looks almost tan compared to the neutral grey of the aluminum case. Not a huge deal, but it's worth noting. The legends are also colored by the tone of the grey, making the white LEDs almost yellow. Whether you like this or not is a matter of taste, I kind of like it. It makes the LEDs more interesting, but it will likely cause issues with colored LEDs. The shape of the keycaps are different from the Lofree keycaps in subtle ways. They're angled more towards the top and are more concave. In my opinion, this makes the keys feel more distinct. The keycaps are also more textured than the Lofree keycaps, which is a matter of taste. I'm not a huge fan of the aesthetics. In my opinion, it's not just plain, but kind of generic. I bought to use it with my Lofree Flow, to give it led legends, for use in the dark, but it inadvertently makes the Lofree Flow look like a much cheaper keyboard, which is a shame. Still, the legends are big and readable, even with the backlight off, and they let a lot of light through. That is, with the exception of the backspace key, which the lighting of is a major disappointment. The LED doesn't spread out enough to cover all of "BACKSPACE", with it dimming at the A and E, and the B almost completely dark. Most shine through keycaps use an arrow to denote backspace, for this reason. In my opinion, these keycaps are decent, with some issues. For the price, I recommend them, but I'll also keep an eye out for better low profile keycaps to replace them with.

When I got my Keychron V5, I immediately switched out the keys as I did not enjoy the stock one. I thought I was happy with Cherry profile but when in a rush I kept making typos. I then started looking into low profile keyboards but decided to take a chance on low profile keycaps to start in case I didn't like it. Since I switched to these I've been making considerably less typos and mistypes. My jittery coffee fueled fingers have no longer trip on the keys. They sound really nice paired with Keychron's silent brown pro switches. I chose this set as they are nice shine through PBT's. They feel really good and are as pleasant to the ear as they are to the eye. My only gripe is that the shine through is barely noticeable on the black keys. They show up in pictures but in person the legends are barely legible. I love the set and am going to keep it, but am looking for a similar set with black keys with solid white legends. I reached out to the seller, who responded quickly, that they do not sell individual keys as they are manufactured as a set. I'll wait for their other variations to go on sale to swap these black keys.

Nice low profile caps to replace the slightly disappointing RK ones. In fact, RK customer services told me to get these after the stem snapped on one of mine.

These keycaps are of high quality that provide great feedback and nice “thuds”. They look really good on my board with subtle shine through as well. Highly recommend!
