Great large size and very good quality closure snaps on each side which is sturdy enough that I feel comfortable holding the handle on top. The handle is so convenient for transporting which is what I purchased and used it for. I was looking for a larger glass food storage container and this item with the secure snap lid with handle was a great plus and made it easy to prepare and take a dish to a gathering.

This container is huge, heavy-duty, and reliable! I meal prep in bulk, including homemade chicken broth and this holds almost the entire batch in one container! The plastic lid handle is very sturdy and the sides can be a little tough to clasp, but it's definitely secure.

I have been very impressed with the quality—I eventually ordered four of them along with other sizes from the same company. I have reheated food directly in the microwave using this container, and the glass did not crack or show any issues. It handles both freezer-cold temperatures and high heat without any problems. I almost didn't buy this bowl because of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I ignored them. A lot of the complaints boil down to a lack of common sense. The Lid & Seal: Yes, the lid takes a little effort to snap into place. That is because it actually has a proper seal around the edge! It does exactly what it's supposed to do. That being said, who expects to put a full bowl of food on its side or upside down and not have issues? Keep it upright and it works perfectly. The Handle: Some reviews complained the handle broke and the bowl shattered. Again, common sense applies, this is a heavy glass dish and my banana pudding was HEAVY! You shouldn't be carrying it by a plastic lid handle alone without supporting the base. The Glass: It is beautiful glass, and I absolutely love the style! Because it’s glass, I treat it like glass, I won't be shocking it by taking it straight from a freezing fridge into a hot oven. It does the job, looks fantastic, and functions beautifully if you treat it right. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this container. I use it for church dinners. Holds an enormous amount of food. The lock tight lid fits tightly and the carrying handle holds securely. Cleans up easily in the dishwasher. Highly recommend

First thing you notice is that it's heavy. Not a bad thing, it just is. It certainly holds a Costco chicken with an abundance of room. The plastic lid snaps on with a carrying handle. Not sure I would trust it without holding onto the glass container.

I got this as a gift for the wife and I use it more than she does. Really great quality. The lid is strong enough to carry around with a full container. Huge and durable, a must buy for the money

We cook large batches of food and this holds quite a bit and the lid stays on very well that you can actually lift by the handle.

Ordered two, the items shipped were not in original packaging and one had been shipped with one of the clamps fully broken off as if defective products that were returned were being shipped out as new despite damage. The design of the lid also does not match the product photograph. There was no option to simply request a replacement lid instead of packaging and returning the entire product which is so wasteful.
