These really help if you’re on your feet a lot or walk a lot. I have plantar fasciitis and they give arch and heal support. Make sure they fit really snug or they won’t be much help. Mine are very tight, and a little difficult to put on, but they’re still comfortable. I work 8 hour shifts on my feet and they truly work.

Helps my extensor tendonitis in my foot - I literally wear these every day! Love them- and helps so much!

It was difficult getting it on my foot to try it on. I had to stretch it as I put it on. If you try to wear it all day, it makes your foot hurt even worse.

I bought these to alleviate my plantar fasciitis which usually causes me the worst pain when I get up in the morning and during or after long walks as well as making it painful to walk barefoot on any surface. The product arrived just after I had completed 2,000 miles of walking this year when my feet, particularly the left one, were in almost constant pain or discomfort. I put them on straight away and wore them on both feet for three whole days (but not at night) underneath normal socks while wearing trainers. While wearing them, I did walk shoeless on a wooden floor (not for long - I didn't want to push it) without pain and my feet did feel supported and pain free. It has been over a week now since then and I have experienced no foot pain despite no longer wearing them. In that time, I have not been on any long walks although I have done a 2-miler. So, I plan to wear this product again when I return to walking 6 to 15-mile per day next week. Some reviewers have reported that these socks are too small or too tight. I ordered the Large size and found them comfortable on my adult UK size 11 feet. However, they are compression socks so they are very tight. You will need to figure out your own best method of putting them on (although the instruction leaflet provides some suggestions) and ensure that they sit flat against your skin (no rucks). And you will not want to wear them for 24 hours, so choose a time that suits you (I wore them from getting dressed in the morning until bedtime). Finally, they are much better than normal socks at remaining odour free. I changed my normal socks (worn over this product) daily but could get up to three straight days of wear from this product without any whiff of foot odour.
