Mixing this and bee pollen in a jar with honey, turning it in real royal bio stimulant for energy and stamina (bee royal jelly is 5 stars addition) (this is an ancient formula from Bulgarian Trace)

I empty the caps and put into smoothy. I would feel the difference but I also add other natural immune boosters to smoothies.

I take it every day for inflammation and too help boost my immune system!
