How easy or difficult is it to remove & install the outer plastic cover? I need easy for my hands?

It's fairly easy to twist the cover to lock into place and unlock. For someone with extreme hand weakness it might take a little bit of effort

Since this is timer based, how difficult is it to get a coarser grind? (For moka pot)

Coarser ground are typically 5-7 seconds. It’s not hard at all

Can this be used for wet grinding? Or should a separate wet grinding jar be bought for this model?

Have not tried to use it for what I would call wet items, fresh herbs yes, I wash it out well before and after.
