This infrared sauna tent exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick and easy, and the frame feels sturdy and well-made. The interior space is comfortable, with excellent heat retention and privacy once fully zipped. The infrared heating warms up fast and produces a great sweat. After each session, I feel more relaxed and less tense, especially in my shoulders and back. It’s been very helpful for relieving fatigue and improving overall relaxation. The built-in light is a nice touch and makes it convenient to use at night. Overall, this is a great at-home sauna solution that saves both time and money. Excellent value for the price and highly recommended.

UPDATE 11/8/24 - Changing my rating to 5 stars. This sauna has been a true blessing. While I wish it had some insulation, I must say it really is a great product. I love how easy and fast it is to set up. I love that it gets hot and I am able to have some great sweating sessions. Exactly what I needed and totally affordable. I had to come back and update my review considering how much I use the sauna and have been getting such tremendous value out of it. ORIGINAL REVIEW — I will admit I was skeptical about this product. So I am surprised that I like it. I have used it three times now and I’ve had a very good experience. It got hot very fast although it doesn’t go over 149 degrees. Assembly was very easy. The chair included is total trash. Small and definitely not for an adult body. The unit itself is small as well. I’m around 5’1” and can barely stand up inside. I like the idea of the foot pad but I’ve opted not to use it my last two sauna sessions. Overall it’s a decent infrared sauna tent. I think they can improve the product. But for the price I am fairly content. Note: there is no insulation but if you want to get your sweat on it will do the job.

This actually works, and is pretty easy to assemble. I put it together in under 10 minutes, and you can probably assemble it in 5 once you've done it a few times, and disassemble in 3-5 mins. All you're really doing is assembling the pipes & zipping it around the frame. I set it up to 145F on the first use and gave it 15 mins to warm up. The air inside doesn't get super hot, but with the infrared heating it does warm you up. I was in a full body sweat after 5 minutes. It's an inexpensive option, so I wouldn't compare it to a full wooden sauna experience, but (for the money) it does give you a reasonable copy of that in a portable size that you can throw under a bed when you're not using it. I'm 6'3" and I did fit inside. The chair is inexpensive and low, you can always put a different chair in there if you want. There's sort of a 'this is what being a microwave gas station burrito feels like' aspect to it, but it does work to heat you up. I used it ~ 2 hours before bed, took a shower after & slept better that nigh than the night before, fwiw. Light inside is easily bright enough to read with.

After trying a large steam sauna that was just too big for our house, this portable infrared model was exactly what I needed. The compact size makes it so much more practical for home use without taking over an entire room. What really sold me on this was that it's a dry sauna - no dealing with steam pots that you have to fill and maintain. Just turn it on and you're good to go. Way less hassle and maintenance compared to the steam unit I had before. The heating is impressively fast - gets up to temperature much quicker than I expected. The foot warmer is a really nice touch that adds extra comfort to the whole experience. Having those 6 heating plates really does seem to distribute the heat evenly. Installation was super straightforward with clear instructions, and everything was packed really well when it arrived. No damaged parts or missing pieces. The convenience factor is huge - being able to just flip it on without any prep work makes it so much more likely that I'll actually use it regularly. For anyone who wants the benefits of sauna therapy without the space requirements or maintenance of a full-sized unit, this hits the sweet spot perfectly. The 6 heating plates heat up quickly and evenly, and the whole body feels relaxed after using it, especially with the foot heating pad, the experience is very comfortable. The design of the LED warm light is also very considerate and creates a good atmosphere. For those who want to enjoy a sauna at home, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending!

Used it for around 6 months. It worked reasonably OK, now is not working anymore. I requested customer support and hope this can be solved.

This is solid. It’s not very tall which I prefer. It has a very comfortable chair and was super easy to install. The window is nice and it has a pocket to hold your phone. I put it outside and I probably shouldn’t but I have a roof over it, so it won’t get wet and I’m looking for something to fill a gap til I invert in a permanent sauna. It doesn’t get necessarily particularly hot but I stay 20-30m and get a rolling sweat which is my goal so for me this works. The only thing I wish it did that it doesn’t is show the temp inside. It shows the temp you are aiming for but not how how it actually gets.

Sauna works great. Easy assembly. Took 10-15 min to put together. Heats up quick and has me sweating within a couple minutes. Only reason i give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the clear plastic screen was extremely dirty upon arrival

È un vero momento di relax e recupero che fa davvero la differenza. La prima cosa che colpisce è la facilità di montaggio: in pochi minuti la sauna è pronta all’uso. È compatta, non occupa troppo spazio e si adatta perfettamente anche a un appartamento. Il calore infrarosso è avvolgente e piacevole, raggiunge rapidamente la temperatura desiderata (fino a 65°C) e le 6 piastre riscaldanti distribuiscono il calore in modo uniforme su tutto il corpo. Un grande punto a favore è il cuscino riscaldante per i piedi, che rende l’esperienza ancora più confortevole, soprattutto dopo allenamenti intensi per gambe e schiena. Anche la luce calda LED contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera rilassante e quasi meditativa. In 20–30 minuti si suda moltissimo e si avverte una sensazione di leggerezza, rilassamento muscolare e benessere generale. Dal punto di vista dei benefici, ho notato un recupero post-allenamento più rapido, meno rigidità muscolare e una riduzione dello stress. È come avere una piccola spa privata sempre a disposizione, senza dover spendere soldi in centri benessere o saune esterne. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente: considerando la potenza da 1.250 watt, gli accessori inclusi e la garanzia di un anno, è un acquisto che rifarei senza alcun dubbio. Anche i materiali danno una buona sensazione di solidità e qualità. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questa sauna a chi si allena, a chi vuole rilassarsi dopo una giornata stressante o semplicemente a chi desidera prendersi cura del proprio benessere comodamente da casa. Io sono davvero contentissimo dell’acquisto e per me sono 5 stelle più che meritate.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. Dont exactly have the funds or time to build a real wooden sauna so got this one for the meantime. Was super sceptical on how it would be and it did not disappoint. Used it multiple times now, it's quite big and I fit perfectly being 6'2". Very easy to setup only took me 5 min. Comes with extra frame connectors which is awesome, didn't end up using any spares. Gets hot fast which is great when I don't have much time and gets hot enough to make me drip and feel the effects of a sauna. On the first run, make sure you start it and air it out with the window open to get rid of the new factory smell. Highly recommended, it's awesome and I would buy again as it's a low barrier to entry One thing to note: I messed up and set it up in my livingroom thinking I can move it into a spare room but it won't fit in the doorway so assemble it where you plan on using it!

El diseño de este sauna infrarroja portátil es sencillo, elegante y queda muy bien en cualquier rincón de la casa. Se monta y se guarda con mucha facilidad, sin complicaciones. El calor se nota rápido y es muy agradable, ideal para relajarse después de un día largo o tras hacer ejercicio. Las placas de calentamiento están bien distribuidas y la almohadilla para los pies añade un extra de comodidad. La luz LED crea un ambiente muy relajante. Es perfecta para disfrutar de un momento de descanso en casa de forma cómoda y práctica.

HE UTILIZADO EL SAUNA UN PAR DE VECES DESDE QUE ME LLEGO, PERO UNO DE LOS PANELES INFRARROJO NO FUNCIONA, CON TODO Y ESO CALIENTE Y ME HACE SUDAR, PERO TENGO Q ESTAR MUY CERCA DE LOS OTROS PANELES PARA SENTIR EL EFECTO, VOY A PEDIR LA DEVOLUCION

Super. Mon but était de suer un max pour la détoxification (métaux lourds, bio-toxines...). L'odeur plastique part très vite, je l'ai laissé tourné plusieurs fois le premier jour et plus rien depuis, même après réutilisation après plusieurs jours. Je mets le programme 40min, je laisse 5min chauffer, m'y installe, je me fais des jeux mentaux pour passer le temps ou je relaxe, mais j'y vais complètement habillé pour que la chaleur arrive plus vite, et je me déshabille au fur et à mesure. Même en hiver, au bout de 25-30min, la suée commence. Mais il faut que la pièce ne soit pas glaciale non plus si c'est un pays très froid, mettre chauffage 30min avant.
