It comes with with a whole tent design folded, basically no not need to assemble at all and just need to unfold it, and it will stands as a tent. I am about 5,9" tall, 150 pounds, and it's perfect size for me, but it would be a bit small for guys taller than 6'2 from I see. and it also comes with a foldble chair that you can put inside and sit on. It holds my weight perfectly and very steady. Talking about this product working theory, it's basic and easy to use, basically it's a hot steam making boiler to pump the hot steam into the tent through a plastic tube, there is some trick here, the tube is a bit long, and I felt the hot steam transfer would be much faster if I cut the tube half and to short time needed to transfer the hot steam into the tent, I did it, and it's better than the original design, the temperature is moderate, nothing crazy like the gym sauna room, but works, It does make me sweat a lot once inside sitting on the chair for about 10 mintues. the maximum running time is 1 hour and it used about 2/3 of the water, so still can rerun for about 20 minutes, and then need to refill the water if want to use again. The tent is super light, easy to fold and put in the car for outdoor camping use. I bougt this for a coming RV camping road trip in Glacier national park with my family and kids, and the weater is still a bit cold there, this would be great to use at the night after a day hiking. All in all, this is a good product, simple, nothing high tech related, but it does work as expected.

I admit I was skeptical. I prefer a dry sauna. However that’s a big multi thousand dollar investment requiring installation and wiring. Not only do I prefer a dry sauna but I’ve been in a steam sauna and well, it was just too steamy. This sauna tent seems to be right in the middle. It’s remarkably clear inside while taking a sauna. I could probably easily read a book in it. Secondly it is hot. I know these steam saunas only get up to 120 I guess. I can tell you that I was freely sweating and it felt great. After 20 min I had to get out and shower off. Then I went to bed and slept great! Fantastic so far. Easy set up. No problems. I find it works best if the steam pot is filled to its capacity. It does come with a mat. It’s a piece of indoor outdoor carpeting that is adequate. The chair is quite small and was uncomfortable for me. I enjoyed the sauna so much that I splurged on a teak shower stool from Amazon that works great. Perfect height. Better comfort and sauna experience. Totally worth it. Other than the chair size I have no issues and am thoroughly enjoying the sauna. I feel healthier and it’s a great stress reliever and I’m sleeping great using it before bed at the end of the day. If you’re thinking about it let me tell you, for me this was well worth it. Treat yourself. It has been a slam dunk all the way for me.

I got this to use for when I go camping. Amazingly it actually fits in my tiny camper. Even though it's wall to wall, because of the flexible frame wires, it's very easy to manipulate and get around it. The enclosure is heavy duty, but light weight and we'll construed. The light tent fabric wipes down easily and dries quickly. The steamer unit works very well. A full container will give a good 35-45 minutes depending on the heat setting. The chair that comes with this is small. I'm fine with it, but if you're a bigger person, you may want to upgrade the chair. This unit came with a extra steamer cover. I'm guessing because complaints of covers getting damaged. The instructions say not to put any additives, aroma therapy, or essential oils in the steamer. This is likely the cause of the lids getting damaged. These additives should go in the white steam defuser that goes inside the tent. If the steamer cover was glass or stainless steel, it would be ideal. But for the price, this is fine. If you want your steam fast, use hot tap water to start or boiling water for even faster. You'll get steam in 5 minutes or less. There's really no need to crank this to maximum heat. I was getting plenty of steam at 75% setting. If you're planning to use this outdoors in the winter time, you will definitely need two steamers. The unit comes with a remote control. However they don't include the CR2025 battery that's needed. I was able to use my phone with the Bluetooth connection and their app to control the steamer while in the tent. You just need one of those waterproof phone enclosure cases. The little ventilation window on the side allows light to get in. The only changes I would like to see would be hose access on all sides of the tent so I have an option where to place the steamer. Maybe windows or clear plastic on all sides for more lighting. And of course, that CR2025 battery should really be included. Overall, for the price, and everything you're getting, this is a great value. It's nice, lightweight, compact, good quality steam room. And if you want to kick it up a notch, just buy another separate steamer. I think Amazon has them for about $50. I highly recommend this unit.

I love this machine. It was easy to put together. It takes about some time to heat up and start the steam and it works great. For the price, it has a great overall setup. I currently weigh about 220 lbs and it has plenty of room for me to sit. I wish the chair was a little sturdier, but overall it's an excellent addition to the equipment in my apartment!

If you ever thought of arranging a sauna or a steam bath at home but never had a space or a budget for it, this product makes it possible in a compact easy to stove away way. Tent is of good quality and is big and spacious enough. I'm 6'2", about 200 lbs and I don't feel constrained inside in any way. Temperature and steam it can drive at the highest setting of 15 is plenty for almost anyone, just make sure to wear your beanie hat if you go for the high temperature, so this way you'll avoid overheating your head, getting dizzy etc. if you are going to use an essential oil, which makes it a great therapeutic procedure, just make sure to add it to the white steam distribution box used inside the tent and not to the steam pot. Since this box gets pretty hot from the steam I put few drops just on top of it. If you add it to water in a steam pot the essential oil is going to have a chemical reaction with a plastic lid and make it crack. I had this happen to me right after first use, but the vendor, Chi Ho at Willowybe, was responsive to my support request and shipped a replacement lid to me promptly. Capacity of the steam pot is enough to generate steam for about 45 minutes, but that is too much for me, 15 minutes at highest setting is usually enough time to get thoroughly sweaty and hot. For pot cleaning from the scale that is going to form there quickly just use regular table vinegar. Hope this steam sauna is going to serve me a long time!

My husband bought this recently because he had heard how good it was for your health. Steam showers have been know to Improve circulation, Loosen stiff joints, Reduce stress, Open up sinuses and Burn calories. They have also been know to benefit the cardiovascular system, particularly in older adults.. I went into our steam pod with a slight headache from a few too many glasses of wine the night before, and after 20 minutes, I came out headache free! That was worth the purchase price alone!! Keep in mind a few things before ordering: #1- find a place in your home or garage where you can easily plug in the steam box. I 'd say you need at least a 5'x6' space. #2- I suggest you place it on a hard surface like tile or cement or on any other surface that won't absorb moisture. #3- If you are extremely tall, this may be too tight for you. My husband is 6'-2" and 210 lbs. He can fit inside the pod without discomfort. However, the chair that is included, has started to break after about 6 months of use. Overall, a great steam sauna for the price. It is worth trying out!

Not a bad product for the price. After three uses here are my pros and cons: Pros, Easy to setup and use. The steamer works pretty well and is not hard to setup and use. The tent itself is also very easy to setup. The steamer has a nice little app you can download that is pretty usefull too. Materials on both are pretty good. Size is decent. It is better then the ones where your head pokes out, in my opinion. I'm six foot around 200 pounds and I fit pretty well. Leg space is just ok for me. A little more would be welcomed but it's good enough. When it gets to the higher tempture setting it gets pretty hot. I haven't messured the teperture inside but I want to. I'm ready to run out of there around the 25 min mark. Cons: Strong smell of platic or chemicals. I ran the sauna three times before the smell died down. This can be very bothersome to some but I just found it slightly annoying. This seems to go away over time. I would suggest running it a few times prior to using to help with that. It will leak in the cornors if you run it and it doesn't get whipped down afterwards. After I noticed this I just use an extra towel on the floor of the suana everytime and dry the entire inside off everytime. This should be done anyway but just know water can make it's way through if you don't watch it. The chair is nice that they provide one but I will be getting something else. It works well and the material is good but I need something a little more taller and more comfortable. It takes a good ten minutes to get the steam to start working its way into the sauna from the steamer. This isn't realy much of a Con becasue most suana would take a little bit to warm up and get the heat flowing. It's just that you have to adjust your time to include the warm up time. One thing I don't like is you can't use the app to start the machine. This would be nice, so you can get the sauna primed say in the morning when you wake up by the time you make your way to the Sauna it would be ready for you. Overall, if you are looking to sweat this will work for you. If you don't like excess water I would suggest the dry heat versions. I got this becasue I wanted more heat overall and this one works for that. It takes some maintence as far as cleaning but nothing that takes more then a mintue or two and some extra towels. The funny smell is real but goes away after a few runs. This product is a good introduction to these mini portable saunas.

Me encanto! El tamaño es perfecto, cabe dentro de una regadera estandar, y te puedes mover dentro de el sauna. Lo único que debemos tomar en cuenta, es que el temporizador comienza desde que se se prende la caldera, y tarda 15 min en empezar a salir el vapor, de ahi en mas, ha sido el mejor sauna portatil que he encontrado!

I purchased this item in May, and have since used it several times. I was initially confused, having enjoyed saunas at the gym etc, but never having tried something like this. The designer has clearly thought this through, with everything you need contained within the box. This includes the sauna tent, the steam apparatus and simple pipework, a chair for inside the sauna tent, an inner mat to protect the floor of the tent, and an outer mat to protect your floor. Operating the apparatus is very straightforward, connecting the pipes is easy, and I got the whole thing working within 5-10 minutes of opening the box. I'm a taller individual, but the chair that comes with the sauna was still comfortable enough for me. Using the sauna is easy, and you get a full sauna experience while sitting in your own house.

Works great! It is very small but traps the steam well. I wanted to get the nurecover one but couldn’t justify the price and this is the same thing but smaller. It’s easy to set up. Only thing is there is a small hole at the top of the tent. I contacted the company so not sure what will happen. But it gets pretty hot. When you get it the steam escapes and has to reheat but it gets hot pretty fast. The chair is very small. The steam thing that goes under the chair makes your butt get very hot. Not sure if I like that yet. As there isn’t much room to move things around in there.

I was very much in doubt about buying this product and I trusted "Amazon's Choice" flag, so I did it! It is very good overall, easy to assemble; if you expect a lot of steam you will be disappointed but in my opinion the steam generated is enough and the temperature is steady and do the job. I recommend 15 minutes warming up before you get in, I also recommend you keep a bathroom mat outside the door as you will be leaving very wet. The timer works very well and it turn off at the setting time which I consider an important safety feature, just in case. Make sure to turn the water container lid until it is locked to prevent the lid to blown away. The most important recommendation from me is to keep kids and pets away with doors closed because the water container gets very, very hot and take at least 30 minutes after its off to the heat to subside. I am very happy enjoying my private sauna at home and I hope you will too.
