Excellent product helps to relax my back

I purchased the Amazon Basics High-Density Speckled Foam Roller for €22.79. The roller is firm and provides good support for yoga, Pilates, and general stretching exercises. The length is about 1 cm shorter than specified, which is only relevant if you need to align it with other rollers of exact length. Overall, it’s a sturdy, well-made product that performs as expected.

Qualität ist völlig in Ordnung. Für Wirbelsäulen operierte nicht zu empfehlen da sie sehr sehr hart ist als HWS Patient ist es aber völlig in Ordnung. Wird zur Entspannung beim Feldenkreis verwendet und zur Auflockerung der Rückenmuskulatur.
