Very good value for money. Very clear picture day and night. Easy to set up and motion detection works well. Mine had been on for several months now and hasn't faulted once. Records well and is easy to play back and store what you want.

Really happy with the camera, easy to setup (I used a lan cable POE), connected to my router and WiFi, then unplugged and set up outside on the WiFi. Had a previous GENBOLT camera and this new one is so much better. Very very clear picture and no connection issues.

Its a lot of tech for the money, but frustrating setup. User Manual is generic to all models rather than just the GB216 I bought, and made it seem like it could use BT to do initial config when powered from 12v (supplied)... but never found, so had to plug it in using network cable (v.short one supplied), to set up initial wifi. It simply would not work with my 5Ghz wifi (ubiquiti) ... kept telling me the password was wrong. It did work over 2.4Ghz wifi. Eventually decided to switch to PoE as no way to easily weather protect the UTP dangling socket without a cable going in. Picture quality & zoom is good... just let down by documentation and initial setup. Works with BlueIris using RTPS feed, complete with sound & PTZ functions.

I installed this fantastic security camera about 12 months ago. A solid piece of kit for the price, unlike some of the other manufacturers that are on the market. Its small and very unobtrusive packed with loads of features. Very easy to install, with picture perfect resolution and sound. This unit has a motion detector fitted so one camera covers the whole drive, where ever you move, it follows. Once the App is installed on your phone you have instant access 24/7 which is a another very useful feature. As an added piece of security the light censored LEDs also light the drive at night. We both feel secure knowing Genbolt has us covered night and day.

After 3 months of use now decided to relocate this camera to view the inside of my dustbin. Although the camera looks good and sounded good, it has failed to meet even the basic expectations. Continually moving away from the main position and would not return to main position on resetting to there. Nightime gave poor quality recording. Also it would zoom in for no apperent reason as I had turned off the AI setting soon after installation. I repositioned the camera from the main area I purchased it for to an area of little importance and movement but it still did what it wanted to. Although the support was fine apart from wanting me to let them have access to my system, which I did not do. I am capable of setting cameras up having 5 that work perfectly.

Easy to use app which made installing the camera quick & easy. The picture quality is second to none & with the tilt & pan function makes monitoring easy. Also, the auto tracking means you don’t miss any unwanted guests. The 12 x zoom is an added bonus as most cameras don’t have this feature. The night vision is a quality picture, but with the flood lights on (optional) it makes night time day time in great quality colour. The cctv cameras I have used over the years don’t come anywhere near the quality of this Genbolt camera. I have 3 other cameras which I will be replacing with more of the Genbolt. I have an older Genbolt indoor camera which is great for keeping an eye on the dog. The only downside is that you can’t have the option of a multi camera screen like I have at the moment with my others. But in time Genbolt maybe able to add this feature. Recommended product.

For what it is, a cheap and cheerful PTZ IP camera with moderate quality. Picture quality is adequate - nothing to boast about but no major flaws. Some optical abberation, a bit soft. The image sensor is ok, again nothing special but good enough. The housing is plastic and I'm not really expecting it to last very well as it feels flimsy -- we will see as I have mounted it outside. The software is what you'd expect: there is an Android app which is decent enough. No info presented as to how to use it without the app (e.g. from an NVR), as is true of so many other cameras. I am annoyed that it is persistently trying to 'phone home' somewhere - UDP packets sent to one of a few addresses abroad. I have filtered them out at the firewall. Overall, for what I paid I am not unhappy, though it could have been a better package with just a little more care taken.

Denna kamera är perfekt för dig som vill utöka säkerheten eller kanske är nyfiken på att börja med övervakning. Den är väldigt lätt att använda och installationen gör du på bara några minuter då denna kamera endast kräver en anslutning om man så vill. Den är alltså utrustad med PoE, vilket betyder att kameran kan ta ström ifrån nätverks kabeln om man har en router eller switch som stödjer det. Vill man inte använda sig av en fast anslutning så finns det även WIFI vilket är mycket enkelt att sätta upp. Monteringen är väldigt enkel på den ta endast någon minut. Jag själv har monterat upp denna med kabel anslutning då jag har tänkt utöka övervakningen med fler kameror ifrån Genbolt, och inte vill belasta wifi nätverket mer. Kameran har en bra vidvinkel som täcker hela de område jag ville övervaka. Den har en kamera rotation 355° / 90 °, vilekt gör att du aldrig missar någonting Att kameran har extra zoom är ett stort plus för mig då jag kan få otroligt bra detaljerade bilder från den. Denna kamera är utrustad med Persondetektering och Automatisk Spårning vilket är enormt skönt då man slipper falska alarmljud från rörelser, denna kamera kan även känna av fordon om man så vill vilket går att ändra i inställningarna för kameran i appen. Mörker kameran är mycket bra då det till största del här uppe i Norr blir rätt så mörkt fort om dagarna. den har tydlig och skarp bild på objekten och misstar ingenting även vid dom mörkaste dagarna. Med dom 6 ljusstarka LED-lamporna så kan du få en ännu bättre bild i mörkerseende Denna kamera har 40 m mörkerseende vilket är otroligt bra då man inte alltid har belysning överallt., Kameran är väldigt tystgående och hörs nästintill ingenting när den är igång, är du inte uppmärksam och vet om den så kommer du inte märka av den. Så är du i tankarna på att skaffa en kamera så skulle jag kunna rekommendera dig denna, eller vill du utöka din befintliga övervakning så är denna en otroligt bra kamera tack vare enkelheten i användning samt att den har mycket avancerade funktioner och bra utbud. En toppen produkt enligt mig!

Excellent camera, easy to install and set up, I’ve had some issues with the AI car recognition but I think it’s because the road 50m from the camera is too busy sometimes. Excellent image quality and so far weather hasn’t been a problem
