It was very difficult to position in a way that did not irritate my incision. I have a long torso Which this model accommodated and I will say that after the minimal use it did get, I absolutely saw results. The belt helped with my posture postpartum which eased a lot of aches and made movement easier around the house - also eliminated some horrendous cramps that were preventing me from being able to sleep comfortably at night.As much as loved all of the benefits, including the speedy improvement In the overall appearance of my midsection, I had to stop using it.
