Dark Chocolate flavor is great, and low in sugar compared to other snacks out there. I'm not into protein powders and shakes so this is also a good alternative source of protein! I've been taking them to work for lunch and they've kept me feeling energized till my shift is over. They are a little expensive, but worth it. I had bought these from a local deli, which was where I fell in love with the taste...I ended up freezing these and chopping them into a topping for frozen yogurt, but I won't be ordering them again until winter. At nearly $3.00 per pack, it isn't worth it to order in summer and risk having them congeal. They ship with ice packs but my still arrived totally melted. I received a replacement and that was melted completely too and the ice packs were hot even.
