Simple and efficient
Works well, easy to clean, seems like it is made with good sturdy materials and should last for a while. The food holder is well designed and keeps fingers away from the blades, it also holds food like onion and potato until it is almost down to the last slice. All these mandolins cut more or less the same, but I chose this one because it looked like it was well made, simple to use and clean So far I am very pleased with my choice, I might have been able to buy a less expensive one but I am sure I could not find better value for money
