Strong little thing, no sticking
Pretty small pan but so strong! Husband used this for searing some steak and was pleasantly surprised at no sticking yet steak came out perfect. Left it soaked for about an hour though before washing, but was so easy to clean afterwards. Although it’s quite small as I got the 8 inches, will still be used a whole lot for smaller portions of meals.

These are very nice pans. Good weight and very non stick. Time will tell how they hold up buy they should last if i can keep my wife from using metal utensils lol I would recomend

I had a set of these myself and bought them for my uncle. They have a good-quality non-stick coating/material, and have lasted me a couple of years now. This is a good brand, and was a bit expensive, but I was happy with what I got.

Love this pan. Nothing sticks if you learn how to use it properly. Very easy to clean also.

This skillet has a nice comfortable handle. It is a little heavy but that is good thing as it is very durable and should last a long time. I needed a replacement for my 20+ year old skillet that the handle finally gave way and this fits the bill. Just use some bar keepers friend and it looks like new again after use. I bought three different skillets and this is the only one that turned out to be right for me. If you perform the mallard test it is non stick. Don’t put your oil or butter (which is what I used) in before the pan is at the right temperature. The heat distribution was great and the food cooked evenly. My chicken breasts were a beautiful golden brown and I even made rice in it which came out perfect. Note: The lid does NOT have a vent hole if that is something you are wanting. I’m glad it did not as I make rice in mine and need a tight lid for such that does not allow all my steam to escape. It’s a great value for the money!

The pan is beautiful, Unlike the Meyer version I returned, the bottom is just the right size for grilled cheese or a couple sausages, or a burger patty etc. I love it. The flat portion of the Meyer design was too small for me. I do not have any problem with sticking, and it is dead easy to clean even when cooking stuff like sausages which leave residue. A little deglazing, followed by a quick scrub with a stainless scouring pad, and it is good as new. And no, minor scratching on the inside surface does not harm these pans, most of them are already severely scratched by wire brushing the inside to leave the concentric circular pattern inside the pans. If the polished outside of the pan is important, don't use a steel scrubber on it, and never heat the pan unless the outside polished surface is clean. Yes, like other SS pans, sometimes there is a light colored "staining" left after cleaning and drying the inside of the pan, but this is not in any way harmful. It disappears as soon as oil is applied for cooking. To deal with another common complaint about these pans, no the bottom is not perfectly flat, most of them if not all the good ones are slightly convex on the inside surface (and, of course, concave on the outside). This is not a flaw, it is deliberate design to make the pan more stable as temperature changes. Starting with the outside surface slightly concave means that after slight changes in the concavity the perimeter of the pan stays in contact with a flat surface all the way around the pan. The slight lift of the center of the bottom does not affect the heating pattern which is excellent even on a gas burner. Oil inside the pan does tend slightly to move to the perimeter of the bottom, but that is a minor issue in my experience. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend this pan to anyone who already likes pans with this laminated design. To anyone who has avoided this pan design due to the common negative reviews, I suggest that they give more weight to reviews like mine where cooks are delighted to get away from non-stick designs that need regular replacement. As long as you do not mind using oil, there is no reason to avoid this pan design, and it will likely last a lifetime. It works every bit as well as good old cast iron, but with less weight, zero influence over the taste of food, and zero issue with corrosion. This is my second pan of this design, the other is a Zwilling in larger diameter, and I love it too.
