Great Product and Support
I have been running my first one for about a month straight. Quiet as a mouse working great. The guide was very helpful for a first timer eager to see the successful results. The second unit immediately had what sounded like loose bearings, like the old computer fans that would go bad. When I emailed support, no questions asked immediately made things right. They earned my business and I cannot wait to order more supplies for them as I learn more about growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms!

Great inexpensive, Effective, dehydrator, and very aesthetically pleasing design
I had bought this and one of the trays had been cracked. No big deal. But I’m just here to say the dehydrator is great and the costumer service is amazing the people there are so helpful and are easy to talk to. The guy even helped me update my name on file. 😂 great guy. Great product. Very satisfied.

This works fine. The cord is a bit short, the markings on the temperature adjustment thanger could be clearer, but for the price and function its good

Don’t buy - heater will break
Heating element completely stopped working after only 3 uses at about 30 hours. It’s pretty loud but not terrible but the quality of the electronic components clearly are sub standard since it barely can do its job thrice

Great for drying mushrooms
The larger trays are nice. The lower temperature settings are nice too 95F-166F. Top tray is 2 trays tall because the lid domes up. The lid can also put in top tray upside down to reduce space when storing or air volume when drying a smaller load. Larger fruiting bodies like a chonky lion's mane, will need to be cut up. Not a big deal in my opinion because when I dry those it's because I am going to be powdering it anyways. Seems like it's got a decent coil as well. I've burnt through a few other brands. This one has approximately been running for about a month now and it's still running fine!
