Is the scent as strong as the tub?

Slightly different, but just as strong. Much easier to use.

Does this stick actually has any eucalyptus oil or any other oil that helps with cold issues? Or is it a “fake” eucalyptus scent?

I tried to attach a photo here but it was just for video. The stick literally says in the ingredients that it is a fragrance. There is nothing stating Eucalyptus at all.. It is a fragrance. This item really does not work like the original as I stated in my review better off just getting stuff that works stick with the chest rub it actually works. This item does dissipate after only minutes of it being on your skin I had reapplied it several times which is ineffective.
