Voice clarity was amazing. But "N" letter of Tronica logo was missing, which was like a straw in the eye. Wireless mic was not working after short use coz it consumes lot of power and better to use Duracell battery for comparative long use. I returned the product which they picked up happily and refund was credited within couple of hours. They have very good customer care about which I came to know only when their representative called me for feedback. I told him without connecting to power socket the speaker lasts only for very short time. He suggested that before returning I should have contacted customer care and that by pressing M button speaker lights can be turned off and battery life and running time increases. Wired mic was so cute and was easy to use. Price is also so cool compared to other products with same features.
