Compatible with VESA 75x75, 100x100, 200x100, 200x200mm and you will be fine. Usually up to around 37" will be ok **Q: Could this be used as a flip up tv bracket? Does the tv bracket hold the tv at which ever angle you want or is it just gravity** A: You can lock off the bracket at whatever angle you like, but if you want to flip it up and hold TV against ceiling you will need to leave the bracket fairly loose. this means it will tend to hang at it's centre of gravity. With my cheap TV it hangs at about 30 degrees from vertical which is perfect for our application. You could attach a cord behind to increase this angle(it will stop it flapping down any more than cord allows), but you wouldn't be able to decrease the angle past its centre of gravity without ugly cords in front or locking of the pivot. I think if you added a gas strut you could make this do anything you liked. You've given me an idea for buying another one and installing it in my van now. I can say the bracket is really good value for money.
