I'm 3 weeks post op and still sleeping and napping with it every day. It also has allowed my dogs to sleep with me without endangering my nose. I had to push the dogs away the first couple of nights to give them the idea to stay low enough, but my head is elevated enough that they safely sleep with me each night. I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (for idea of size of dog).This is very comfortable and I don't know what I would have done without it. It's really keeps my head elevated, but I can sink down lower on it if I want to sleep a little lower overnight. It’s not too big not too small ad because the whole system is good quality memory foam it is very forgiving, it easily slides up and down to change into the correct angle. But it holds its place and I’m a restless sleeper.The Leg angle is great because it isn’t attached so it doesn’t matter if you are tall or short you can fit. My mum who is 4’ 11” uses it every night for in home dialysis. When the time comes, I will get a set for my Dad because it will help prevent bed sores as well.Pros: adjustable, soft, comfortable, well manufactured, zip off covers on every pillow for washing, memory foam.
